How to track your order
- Sign in to your online account
- Go to 'Track My Orders'
- Click 'Track' on the required order
- Scroll to the bottom of the item list and click 'Track parcel' for the latest update
Additional ways to track your order
Make sure you have your tracking number from your order despatch email - it'll usually start with 'T00HG'
- You can track it through the Evri website
- You can also download the Evri app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
