The item may still be on its way to you, in a separate parcel. Here's what you need to do to check this:
- Sign in to your online account
- Go to 'Track My Orders'
- Select 'Track' on the required order
- You'll see a list of the items you ordered - the 'Status' column will show how many parcels have been sent.
If the tracking shows all your items were delivered together, please chat to one of our friendly advisors who will be happy to help you.
