If you are a new customer applying for a credit account with us, you will be offered an interest rate based on your level of risk.
As an existing customer, we continuously review the level of risk on your account as well as monitoring for any changes in underlying costs. We will only notify you if there's going to be a change to your annual interest rate.
After undergoing a review, one of the following will happen:
